I support teams to think through and implement organisational changes; even (perhaps, especially) in complex, difficult, contexts.
I develop and deliver courses for teams, and support individual leaders, through coaching or one-off sessions.
I help organisations think through the best ways to transmit learning; whether that’s teacher-to-student or adult-to-adult.

Some things I’ve done (or am doing).
I help Huddle, a South African start-up organisation, to build a high-quality, scalable, structured pedagogy programme for South African teachers.
I provide strategic support to the co-founders; support the development of the teaching team; and shape the direction of the accompanying teacher training programme.
I work with Aldridge Education, a network of 10 schools in the UK, on the development, codification, and implementation of their four school improvement ‘levers’:
1. Student Culture
2. Curriculum
3. Data-driven instruction
4. Coaching & Professional development
I supported the design and delivery of a new 18-month instructional leadership course for South African school leaders.
The programme was designed to support leaders to improve the quality of teaching & learning in their schools.
The programme is about to start its fifth cohort and has trained over 300 leaders.
I helped Acorn Education develop, and implement, their vision for Apex High School, a new-build high school serving a township community in South Africa.
It has since gained wide recognition for its quality of education.
In 2022 the school received 2800 applications for 240 places.
I supported five nascent school networks with their education and school improvement strategies; helping them to develop, implement and monitor targets across multiple schools in a complex political environment.
